Zivkovic noted at FC Utrecht supporters, the rivalry against Ajax

Richairo Zivkovic feels the rivalry between FC Utrecht and Ajax amsterdam prior to the match of this Sunday. The striker goes into the Galgenwaard stadium on the hunt for goals against the club which he rented out.

“You notice that the competition what more special than normal,” says Zivkovic for the camera of NUsport. “Utrecht has won this competition the past eight years will not be lost in the Galgenwaard stadium, so that we try Sunday again.”

The rivalry notes, the 20-year-old striker especially on the internet, where he has a lot of messages of fans. “On my Instagram write Utrecht supporters that I must win Sunday, while Ajax supporters just say that I was not my best need to do and not to score.”

In the first confrontation between FC Utrecht and Ajax this season, he scored not, although he was only on the keeper. “At Ajax I had missed a great opportunity yes, but to me the task of Sunday, the chance to make it if I put it back to get it.”

The mercenary of Ajax is, in any case, not content with cheering for a goal. “If I score, then I do where I at that time to think. But first I have to but ensure that I play, that the team plays well and we win.”

Lioness

Also Utrecht-defender Ramon Leeuwin notice to all that the contest of Sunday is different than all other. “You hear it around you as your supporters come across, or messages on social media reads. I play now a few years in Utrecht and I know that this race always lives.”

For Lioness all the attention of the supporters can only be good for the motivation. “It is a separate race. You will be taken by the supporters at the grandstand. The match of the year, sold out house. There, you automatically get more energy.”

At Utrecht, they should perhaps more look at Lioness, then at the attackers of Ajax. In his time at Utrecht scored the 29-year-old Amsterdammer more goals for Ajax (two), then to Utrecht (one). “That metric tells me nothing. You play a lot of games in professional football and, coincidentally, against Ajax I touch two times a ball wrong. Sunday should be but the opposite happen.”
