Weddings, parties, and family get-togethers and disappear in the painting of ocean. In the meantime, you can end up with three copies of each of the works clogging up your Cloud storage.

Organize all of your photos, take a great of patience, but the good news is that there are only a few simple steps of how to set up the things in the right way. If you have been afraid, for this is a monumental task, don’t worry. I’d like to show you the tools that will help you breeze through the process. It’s also a great way to keep the memories that you’ve documented over the last few years.
1. Gather all of your photos up
The first step is to look back on all of your devices and decide what images you really, really want to keep it. Pick up your phone, camera, tablet pc, memory cards and your pc. Dig up your old phones, even if they were able to contain the snapshots, which are not yet backed up.

In the meantime, grind the other photo repositories, such as e-mails, text messages, and social media sites. To go through all of your online accounts, and the pictures that you want.

Now that you have all of your digital photos, it’s time to move on to the hard-copy pictures. Comb through your house for any place that you would be able to have the photos stashed away, old photo albums, boxes of photos, frames, and scrapbooks.

2. To assign a storage
The storage space on your phone is very valuable. You don’t want to have to walk away from a property because you have thousands and thousands of photos. This is an online photo service that comes out. Granted, not all of them offer plenty of space, and they can charge hefty fees.
For professionals and serious hobbyists, you might want to use a service such as Adobe’s Creative Cloud. In the Lightroom export action plan which includes up to 1tb of storage in the cloud, and it will give you the tools to edit, organize, store, and share images across desktop, mobile devices and the web.

If you would prefer a free option, Google images is the way to go. This is a nice tool that offers free, unlimited storage for photos up to 16 MP and video at up to 1080p resolution. Google Photos allows you to easily organize your collection in a variety of subjects, such as People, Places, and Things. With this option, you can find photos more easily and more quickly.
It is very easy to use. You can also add pictures to your Google Photos account from your desktop computer, tablet and smartphone, to set the auto sync.

3. It is designed to eliminate the duplicates
Now that you have everything stored in one place, it’s time to clean up your collection. It is a double image, it is not a big deal, but with hundreds or even thousands of duplicates, it is just a waste of time and space.
An easy way to find and remove duplicate photos, it is in the Healthy Double Photo Remover application. This app is built to search, view, and delete multiple copies of photos. If you are a Mac user
