Businessman Andrew Yang said his comrades in the Democratic presidential primary hopefuls on the debate stage Thursday night, you should stop, “that obsessed” with the impeachment of President Trump.
Just a day after the house voted to indict the President at the expense of the abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, Yang was critical of the emphasis that his competitors have placed in the Democratic field, on impeachment and impending Senate trial.
“We need to stop obsessing about prosecution,” Yang said during the opening moments of the debate at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. “Make no mistake, he will defeat it at the ballot box for us.”

Yang, a surprising dark horse candidate in the 2020 presidential primary race, said the candidates have too much on the allegations that trump has been chosen, with the help of Russia and not enough on the dissatisfaction of the voters in the whole country that feels abandoned by Washington lawmakers.
He said that instead of focusing on impeachment, Democrats must “start to really dig and the solution of the problems, got Donald Trump elected in the first place.”
Yang attempt to draw, has not been the focus of national attention away from the indictment of the other candidates, which slammed trump for the blocking of a number of its employees from participation in the in-house investigation that led to his impeachment.
“This is a global Watergate,” Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, said in reference to the scandal that eventually drove President Richard Nixon from the White house. “As the President claimed prior to this study in the Senate-if he was so innocent — why, then, does not he had all testify to its President’s men?”
Klobuchar added: “If the President thinks he should not be indicted, he should not be afraid to continue his / her own witnesses.”
