Xandra Bread and Dany Lademacher’s Wild Romance and come to a deal
Xandra Brood and the band Dany Lademacher’s Wild Romance are the Tuesday agreed on the use of the name Wild Romance.
The group can continue to exist and the name the next five years, in exchange for payment of an unknown amount of Xandra Brood, reports the AD. The brand, image and copyright belong to the widow of Herman Brood.
Xandra Bread had a case filed against Dany Lademacher’s Wild Romance. That band was in 2015 was established. Guitarist Dany Lademacher used to play in the Wild Romance, the band of Herman Brood. According to Xandra Bread, heiress of all copyrights and trademark rights of its 2001 deceased man, there was infringement on copyright and trademark law.
“It’s good that they can occur and I have the rights over the name of conservation,” said Xandra Brood. “I get money for it, but not a huge amount.”
