Country singer Wynonna Judd and her 22-year-old daughter, Grace Pauline Kelley was convicted and sentenced to eight years in prison, after getting out of a drug recovery program in November, and in violation of her probation.
Grace Pauline Kelley, the daughter of a country music veteran Wynonna Judd has been released from prison six years earlier, according to a new report.
The 23-year-old has been granted parole and was released from the West Tennessee State Penitentiary on Friday, with six years left on an eight-year jail sentence, a spokesman for the Tennessee Department of Corrections told People magazine.
Court records indicated that the Captain began her sentence in March 2017, and that its term was supposed to end on Sept. 22, 2024. However, Kelly’s current monitoring status is shown as paroled.

They will be required to make a report to the Franklin’s Probation and Parole office until it is finished, it will be her in a bid for the 2024 games.

Kelly reportedly landed himself in jail after leaving a court-mandated recovery program, in 2017 and in violation of her probation. The warrant for Kelly’s arrest was issued soon after.

The police caught Kelley and another man, Richard, Wilcutt, a vehicle with an improperly-installed license plate in the parking lot of the drug store, and during the interrogation, the police found pseudoephedrine, a receipt for Coleman fuel in a bag that had been thrown out of the vehicle, the Daily Mail reported at the time.
If any of the items, the ingredients are usually used in the manufacture of methamphetamine, both as Wilcutt and a Captain were arrested on charges of meth manufacture, promotion.
A year later, Kelly was arrested in the state of Alabama, and was listed as a fugitive from the law.
In the midst of her daughter’s history with the law, Judd,, 55, has become an activist promoting the reform of the criminal justice system. Russell is working with the nonprofit Hope for Prisoners, which will help to reacclimating prisoners into society after they are released, according to the People.
