Twenty writers tell it in a collection of short stories which So appears about their relationship with animals.
Among others, Arnon Grunberg, Georgina Verbaan, Nina Polak, Elfie Tromp and Martijn den Ouden have a personal essay made for example about their rabbit, cat or lizard on the book, and Our animals.
The contribution will vary according to publishing house De Geus of the light-hearted to in-depth and are endearing, funny and inzichtgevend.
So writes Henk van Straten about his lizard: “Oscar seems to be his nature of the time change. When I’m working and he sits on that rock are the hours both longer as shorter. An hour means nothing for Oscar.”
The book is compiled by Rutger Lemm.
