Women to steal the baby carriage out of New Jersey in — store, but a child left ‘ behind, cops say

The three women were caught on camera allegedly stealing a baby stroller from a New Jersey store, but their robbery was foiled when one of them did forget their child in the store.

The women were left at Bambi Baby, in Middletown, a town about 45 miles south of New York City on Friday with their three children, police said.

Two of the women distracted an employee during the course of the third, the woman went to the front of the store to grab a baby stroller, according to police. The women left the store, but one of them will forget about the precious cargo — her own baby.

“What I take great offence to the children. Don’t do this to your children,” Enelio Ortega, told WCBS. “If you have to steal for a living, that’s a personal problem, and that is a very personal matter. However, if you have children, they don’t have a clue what’s going on, it hit me. That is why I have come to share [the video], as far as possible.”

In a post on the Bambi Baby’s Facebook page, described the theft as “unreal.”

The Top-selling of the strollers on the web-site of the store indicates that they will be able to go from $400 to $1,000. It said over the last week from the Middletown store, the cost is $300.

Investigators arrested two of the women, Maryann Money 23, Nan McCarthy, 20, of great Britain, while a third of women continued to be important. It said that the stolen baby carriage was turned back.
