A North Carolina woman was Saturday arrested after an alleged confrontation with the flight staff about vomit on her daughter’s seat.

A Frontier Airlines passenger was kicked off her flight from Las Vegas to North Carolina on Saturday was arrested after an alleged confrontation with a flight attendant about vomit in her daughter’s seat, a report said.
Rosetta Swinney said her flight to Raleigh-Durham had already been delayed so staff could clean the plane. As soon as they boarded the plane, she said that she saw that her daughter’s seat was still dirty.
“She jumped on to say mom!!! “My hands are wet,'” Swinney told WTVD-TV. “They smoke it. She says, ” this is vomit, mum.’ So we went to look. It was on the pocket on her shirt, her hands.”
The airline said a flight attendant offered seat Swinney, 53, and her daughter on either side of the aircraft while the seat was cleaned. Swinney disputes the airline’s version of events. They said that they are faced with the caregiver after her requests were ignored and the authorities were called to remove her and her daughter off the plane.

“The mother was not satisfied with the answer and was disruptive,” Frontier said in a statement to Fox News. “As a result, the stewards determined that the mother and the daughter should be deplaned and accommodated on another flight.
Swinney a few hours in jail and the child was placed in protective custody. Frontier refunded her the cost of the flight and they booked another flight with Delta Airlines. She faces a misdemeanor trespassing charge.
