BERLIN (Reuters) – the Wulf Matthias will also not stand for a second term as Wirecard the president in 2020, German newspaper Handelsblatt said on Friday, citing sources in the financial sector.

For age reasons alone, this would not be an option for Matthias, 75 years old, Handelsblatt added.

Matthias will keep his mandate to the ends in 2020, the newspaper quoted a company spokeswoman said.

Wirecard was not immediately available for comment when contacted by Reuters.
