Willem II gets German goalkeeper Wellenreuther as the successor Lamprou

Willem II has Tuesday Timon Wellenreuther contracted. The German keeper is coming over from Schalke 04, and must in Tilburg, the netherlands Kostas Lamprou follow-up.
The 21-year-old Wellenreuther comes press conference about the club where he is the youth went through and sign up for two years. He is as jeugdinternational active for Germany.
Wellenreuther played eight duels in the main body for the club from Gelsenkirchen. In the season 2015/2016, he was loaned out to Real Mallorca. At the club from the Spanish Segunda Division, had the German’s a solid move.
“Timon is only 21 years old and that he is the keeper of Young Germany says enough about his qualities and talent,” says technical manager Joris Mathijsen on the website of Willem II.

Lamprou departs after three seasons at Willem II, it was already in February, known. The Greek keeper has an expiring contract and did not come to agreement on a new contract.
Willem II ended this season as thirteenth in the Premier league. That was partly due to the low number of tegentreffers of 44. Only the clubs from the top five of the Premier league received any money less goals.
