Widow Chris Cornell writes open letter
The widow of Soundgarden frontman Chris Cornell has a letter to her husband published. She writes that, among others, that Cornell himself was not as he last week of his life ended.
“We had the time of our lives and I’m sorry, my love, that I didn’t see what happened to you happened that night. I’m sorry that you were alone,” she writes. “And I know that you, my dear Christopher. You children know that, too, so you can rest in peace.”
Vicky Cornell is convinced that medications that Cornell took, have made sure that he decided to commit suicide. The singer struggled earlier in life with addictions, but kickte in 2002 and told regularly in interviews that he since that time clean.
Vikcy Cornell was the second wife of Chris. The couple had a 12-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son. The singer also had 16-year-old daughter from his first marriage.
