The whistleblower who triggered a mounting controversy over the President Trump the July-phone call with Ukraine’s President does not really know “first-Hand” about the conversation a person familiar with the situation told Fox News-even as the issue of fuel charge calls from Democrats.

The source said that it is clear in the complaint itself, which does not have the whistleblower has a direct knowledge of the July-phone call between Trump and Ukrainian presidents Vladimir Zelensky.

Democrats have seized on allegations that Trump calls under pressure Zelensky set to investigate Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden family, dealing, to revive, relying on the demands, the President, the issue of trust. Trump has denied wrongdoing.

The new details, though, have fed skepticism about the accusations of Trump’s allies in Congress, with a little it is compared as well as the Democrats to call rushed to the Supreme Court, judge Brett Kavanaugh, the prosecution last week. Some Democrats abandoned not to change after The New York Times had an explosive story on the new college-era allegations of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh, to make it clear that the alleged victim could remember reported the incident.

On Fox News’ “outnumbered Overtime” GOP Rep. Chris Stewart of Utah compared the two situations, and called for restraint in relation to the whistleblower complaint. “I think it’s fair to just take a breath and say, let’s just find out the facts and see what happens,” he said.

CNN first reported that the whistleblower said, was a direct experience of the communication in question.

Still that triggered the complaint, a showdown with the Congress, according to the Deputy Director of National Intelligence, Joseph Maguire refused to share details with lawmakers. Democrats press for documents related to the complaint will be published.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who has resisted dismissal for the other supposed trump calls for violations, also said on Sunday, unless Maguire provides information about the whistleblower complaints to Congress, administration officials “are in a grave new Chapter of lawlessness, the us is in a new Phase of the investigation.”

But in a letter last week, the general counsel for the office of the Director of National Intelligence, Jason Klitenic, wrote that the Agency is the protection of whistleblowers and argued that the claim does not meet the requirements of the definition of the term “urgent concern.” He said the complaint “affected behavior by someone outside the intelligence community and does not refer to” intelligence work ” under the DNI’s supervision.”

The inspector General for the intelligence community has advocated often with the ODNI on the matter, however, and that the complaint, the approval of the Congress.
