A Haughton, La., the man was arrested last week and charged with stealing items from his neighbor’s garage, and it was all captured on live-stream video, according to a Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office to post on Facebook.

It is shown that the defendant had the owner’s permission to use the garage to borrow a paint brush.

However, the sheriff’s office says the suspect, identified as Franklin E. Welzbacher, 43, helped himself to other items.

One of which is stolen goods and was, the surveillance camera in the sheriff’s office said, and held roles such as Welzbacher grabbed his neighbor’s property and then took them back to his house.

The owner saw the video on his cell phone and alerted the sheriff’s officers, who went on to Welzbacher at home and made the arrest.

Welzbacher was made on account of a simple burglary, and was incarcerated in the local jail on a $10,000 bond, the sheriff’s office said.
