WASHINGTON – Washington, DC, mayor Muriel Bowser has ensured that the democratic party’s nomination as a ” you want a second term.
Bowser campaigned on their plate at the top of the district through an economic turnaround. However, their management has to be included in the last few months, several scandals in the Washington public school system, including the revelation that chronic student were absences are ignored or hushed up to high completion rates.
Bowser, 45, a former member of the DC Council, defeated incumbent mayor Vincent Gray in 2014.
The actual election in November is considered a formality in the District of Columbia, where the Republican party holds little sway.
