If Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.) the purchased drinks from the two girls running a lemonade stand in August, you may not be aware that your $10 purchase would be donated to a pro-life charity.

“Our daughters thought [Warren] was nice,” Dan Michels, trump pendant and a father of one of the girls, told the Washington Free Beacon. “She came over and told us we should vote for you. And our daughters told us she was a nice person, but we don’t want to teach, the political and … because she is pro-choice, we have said that we should donate your money to a pro-life [].”

On 8. August, Warren held a lemonade, filled with two 11-year-old children, Sienna Michels and Audrey Billings, during a campaign bus tour through Iowa.

“Stopped for a quick drink at a lemonade Iowa in Harlan,. When life gives you lemons, make a big structural change!” Warren said on Twitter.

The two children were excited about the meeting with the presidential candidate in person. The Michels girls urged their parents to vote for the Massachusetts senator in the year 2020, after the photo-op. The parents, instead, said Warren’s stance on abortion. The girl and her parents decided to donate to the March for Life Education and Defense Fund, a non-profit that supports pro-life legislation.

“My daughter told us that she wanted that we said to vote for you” Michels. “We talked about the abortion part of things and said maybe we should donate money to stop abortion, and my daughter was for all that.”
