SHANGHAI (Reuters) – the Chinese cryptocurrency trader Making the Sun published a lengthy public apology on Thursday to the way in which he promoted a $4.57 million for charity lunch with Warren Buffett, questions may arise as to whether the event goes ahead.

The 29-year-old was scheduled to have dinner with the American billionaire investor, on the 25th of July in San Francisco, after winning the annual auction. He also said that he hoped that the meal would be “to bridge the gap between institutional and traditional investors, and into the realm of cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.”
He was aggressive, it was for lunch on social media for the delay of the release earlier this week, he said that he had become ill with kidney stones.
These high-profile events have been rare in China’s cryptocurrency industry, which is under severe pressure for the past two years. The authorities have been warning about the speculation, risk, and prohibited in the original currency supply, in which many of the players in the industry, in order to keep a low profile.
In the midst of the publicity surrounding the event, reports in the Chinese media, it is suggested that the Sun were involved in any illegal activity and that he was banned from foreign travel. The sun denies all of the allegations.
The Sun, Thursday, a statement on his microblog Weibo account, and he told me that he was a god, and have given themselves, and that the original precepts for the regulation of the lunch with Buffett, would have led to unintended consequences that have led to the neglect of their social and public responsibilities.
“This has resulted in an adverse effect on the public, and to raise the concerns of the regulatory authorities that take care of it for me,” he said.
He did not specify the reason for the apology, nor did he state when, and whether or not the lunch will be rescheduled.
Sun’s business, Her Foundation, did not respond to a Reuters request for comment. The AMERICAN investment firm Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRKa.(N), Warren Buffett, and chairs, did not respond to a request for comment outside of regular business hours.
Buffet served each morning, by an auction to raise money for anti-poverty charity Glide, which has said that it has received the Sun’s donation.
The sun said he would actively cooperate with regulatory authorities to discuss its business structure and plans, and to that he attaches a lot of importance to the financial stability and to mitigate the risk.
His Weibo post was one of the top trending topics on the microblogging site, attracting more than 3,800 comments.
