With the new event Videodroom want to move Forward and Film Fest Gent for their cooperation and the border area between music, film and video art to explore. Thurston Moore goes especially for the festival to get started with the short films of Maya Deren.
Film Fest Gent and have a new ten-day festival was announced, which musicians to work with sound tracks and movie themes, and they completely deconstruct, accompanied by films, visuals and projections. In that program it to play different bands and solo artists in video installations inspired by classic horror films. Central guest is the self-proclaimed queer terrorist Christeene Vale, the alter ego of the Texan performer Paul Soileau.
