Vonn must comeback delay due to heavy snowfall in Austria

Skilegende Lindsey Vonn (34) must be her long-awaited comeback in the wereldbekercircuit yet again to postpone. The two races that next weekend in St. Anton, it would be cancelled, because there is in the Austrian ski resort of too much snow has fallen.

A new date for the cancelled downhill and super-G has the wereldskibond F # still not found. Vonn had a knee injury her start of the season a couple of times shifting.

The 34-year-old American is a specialist on the descent. At the Winter games of Pyeongchang 2018 grabbed Vonn bronze at this part, where she she became an olympic champion at Vancouver 2010.

This season is basically her last season at the top level. Vonn is aiming for a record number of wereldbekerzeges of the Swedish skilegende Ingemar Stenmark. That record stands at 86, while Vonn in her career with 82 victories in the wereldbekercircuit has been booked.

The next world cup which Vonn in action, is for 19 and 20 January on the program, in Cortina d’Ampezzo in Italy.
