VodafoneZiggo see a number of customers fall again
Provider Ziggo saw in the last quarter, the number of customers shrinking.
This is evident from new quarterly (pdf) of the company. In the past quarter, the provider 9.500 customers.
The contraction in customers according to the company, mainly due to a decline in the television market. There are 24,000 fewer subscriptions. A growth in internet (8.600 clients) and telephony (5.900) could decrease not compensate for.
Three months earlier, did VodafoneZiggo also reported a decreasing number of customers. That was also when, due to a contraction in the number of television subscribers.
Sales increased in the quarter to 997 million euros. That is 3.4 percent less than the same quarter last year, when this stood at over 1 billion. The profit of the provider amounted to 46 million euro, approximately equal to a quarter earlier.
