The Sacramento police department seemed to be struggling to get out of the co-operation of the people, on Wednesday evening, while cordoning off the scene of a shootout that resulted in the death of one of their own.
In a video that was posted on Twitter by Matthew Keys, digital editor at Comstock’s Magazine, the following appears on the record of the nearby residents, shouting back at the officers as they were trying to get out of the area.
At one point, when an officer is attempting to move the residents back from the crime scene, a woman, and the camera can be heard saying, “If this thing is repaired, we’re going. We are going to look at it, that is.”

“Oh, you are on the look out for a man?,” someone was heard to ask of the police.
“The only person that we need in order to be safe from you,” one of the other women out of the camera, is heard yelling.
“Hey, stray bullets catching the people, as the man,” the officer responds.
A voice from behind the camera and berates the officer for carrying a gun, repeatedly calling him a “coward.”
“Get that gun out. I’ll whoop your little ass!” said the woman. “All y’all cowards out.”
“We know that they are,” said the first.
Y’all cowards out. We have guns, too,” a voice said.

As a female, it Plays in officer’s death late on Wednesday, hours after a person with a gun opened fire on her and the other officers, while responding to a domestic violence call. Authorities had evacuated residents in the area and have been involved in an hours-long confrontation with the suspect, who had barricaded himself in a house.
