Victoria’s Secret and swimsuit model Josie Canseco has shared the diet and workout she uses to keep her enviable figure – but be warned, they will make sure that it is not “easy.”

Canseco is the daughter of former MLB star, Jose Canseco, and Brody Jenner’s girlfriend, it turned out that fitness for her is all about “balance”, and the music.

“I love cycling, I do it all the time,” the 22-year-old told Us Weekly, adding that they will be carried out and take boxing classes.

“I’m all about the cardio work and high intensity music, etc. Anything with music, really,” she added, to the credit of the rap, and hardcore music that pumps her up. “Music is like my therapy. So there’s a lot of music involved in your head in the game.”

“I grew up playing sports and being very active,” she told Us. “So, for me, it’s a kind of a routine thing that helps me feel better about myself, my life and my faith. I have a feeling that shines through when you are feeling good about yourself and about what you’ve done.”

One other thing is that Canseco says it helps her with her confidence “to eat healthy, and eat plenty of veggies and good proteins.”
