Victor Löw did not expect love once more would come
Actor Victor Löw had after the divorce of his ex-wife Mirjam de Rooij closed off from love. “I thought: that will never happen again. The love, not for me.”
“I knew for sure. I went for my son. That’s it,” says Victor Löw in an interview with the AD.
But then saw the 54-year-old actor Marieke Kieft. In 2012, after the performance Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf runs Löw to the bar for a beer. “I turn around and see her standing. Everything changed at that moment.”
Löw and Kieft proved by the assistant director of the play linked to each other. “They had seen me and thought: my niece and Victor should meet. They belong to each other. She has Mary been to the show in Ijmuiden, albeit not by itself: She had no sense.”
“Everything was closed, fell open. The beauty. This time I had never seen. She looked back up. That time.. without words. They turned out to be exactly the same, I heard later,” says the actor.
Kieft was eighteen years younger. That is a ‘thing’, especially for the outside world. “That reflection is right: the feeling is our foundation. If the love is real, you don’t have to think about. She has just as I have a son. They care about three years, but going to be fun with each other.”
Together got the set also son, Bobby Vic, who was now five months old. According to the actor, it is a kind of oerdrift. “If you want, you can’t do anything about it. You go just one more time. Of course, there are people who think: should that be? Very for the child. On his fifteenth a pa of 69. But that would be the best of everything. You should not be too difficult.”
They are going to get married, She and he. “Officially I have to her questions, but it’s going to happen. The intention is there.”
