‘Venus Williams acted yet not error in fatal car accident’
Tennis player Venus Williams rode in the fatal car crash that she was involved in a legal way in an intersection before they are there on another car collided.
That the American police Friday declared. Williams (37) collided on 9 June with her SUV on a car near her home in Palm Beach Gardens in Florida. The driver of that car, the 78-year-old Jerome Barson, later died in hospital of his injuries.
First, the police that the negligence of Williams was, that no priority is conferred on a crossing. They would, according to the indictment “forethought and reckless” driving. Now it says the police that a recently surfaced video shows that Williams rightfully acted. A car in front of her came to a halt, leaving Williams on the crossing still had to stand and Barson on her collided.
The family of the 78-year-old man who died in the accident has filed suit against Williams. The survivors want compensation.
