The governments in Washington and Caracas confirm that talks are underway about the Venezuela crisis as the U.S. Southern Command is preparing for a controversial President Nicolas Maduro quit; Ellison Barber reports.
Venezuela, a country riddled with human rights violations, the forced migration of millions of people, allegedly, together with a number of other countries with similarly poor human rights record on the controversial U. N. Human Rights Council.

He added: “The dictator Maduro is a Cuban puppet, protected by Cuban bodyguards, hiding from his own people, while the Cuban Venezuelan oil wealth to plunder to maintain their own corrupt Communist regime.”
U. N. Watch also reported the existence of a resolution that will be voted on soon, on Venezuela’s human rights record, which, in turn, was developed by a Venezuelan diplomat and sponsored by Iran-a country with a poor human rights record.
