Top Gun’s Val Kilmer delivers a speech at the united nations Headquarters in New York City for the weekend, and after taking a step out of the spotlight for a number of years, as a result of his battle with throat cancer.

Kilmer, 59, spoke at OUR Summit, SDG Moonshots before, and he was honored for his work with the TwainMania Foundation, which was founded for children, in author Mark Twain’s legacy, and People have been reported.
