A Massachusetts man is indicted on a federal indictment for alleged sexual assault of a 19-year-old woman, who was sitting next to him and cried on a United flight from Japan to the U.S., according to a report.

George Seryogin was accused of groping the woman during the flight from Tokyo to Dulles International Airport in Virginia last summer, NBC Washington reported, quoting an FBI statement.
The shift reportedly started by the touch of the woman knee, then they started groping her and placing a blanket over her leg, making it difficult for other passengers to see him, the affidavit says.
“The victim was also quietly crying, the tears streaming down her face, as she pushed his hands off of her, according to the document.

A grand jury indicted Seryogin on a count of abusive sexual contact aboard an aircraft in flight.
“My client firmly denies the allegations against him,” said his lawyer, Mary Nerino, that no additional notes.
The news station’s review of federal court records revealed at least four other sex assault cases flights to and from Dulles airport or Reagan Washington National Airport since 2013.
