United Airlines flight makes emergency landing after passenger is sitting in the bathroom

As a passenger, and the trip to the toilet ended in a crash landing when they fell in the toilet.

A cross-country United Airlines flight from Washington DC to San Francisco, was forced to land in Denver after the plane, the bathroom, the door would not open, trapping the passenger inside.

The flight landed in Colorado, at 7:21 pm MDT, where the officers on board of the aircraft, in order to help with the unknown passenger is a safe way to go.

In the footage of the incident shared on Twitter by one passenger, and two people are seen trying to pry open the toilet door. According to the tweet, the Denver Fire department was also called upon for removal of the person to the bathroom.

“Well, folks, it’s never a dull moment with @united, we will have to make a emergency landing in Denver because a passenger got stuck in the bathroom. You can’t make this up, ” the passenger wrote.

In a statement, United Airlines, Fox News, and a spokesperson said the airline has apologised to passengers for the delay.

“The flight 1554, of Washington, D. C., San Francisco, and will be forwarded to Denver to help out a customer who was in the toilet when the toilet door was out of place. The passenger is safely removed from the toilet after the operation, the clients have continued on to their destination in sight. We are reaching out to all of the customers on-board the client into the toilet to apologize,” the statement read.

The passenger does not have to be the first to find himself locked in the bathroom. Last year, the WWE wrestler Heath Slater was locked in the toilet on a flight to Florida the day before New year’s eve. As a team, the members of the crew had to unhinge the door to get him out.
