Ukrainian prime minister offers to resign after comments about Zelensky

The Ukrainian prime minister Oleksiy Honcharuk, has Friday, Facebook reported that he was resigning and has tendered to the president, Volodymyr Zelensky, after the controversy had arisen because Honcharuk disrespectful things have been said about it.

Last week, leaked an audio clip of an informal economic cabinet meeting in which prime minister Honcharuk said that, “Zelensky is a very, very primitive understanding of economics.”

Honcharuk confirmed that he, too, is a “stupid me” when it comes to the economy, and that it is for the president to have a clear explanation will have to come out of the economic prospects of Ukraine.

Following the leaked audio clip, there was uproar in the country because the prime minister does not respect it had been against the president and his economic knowledge. Subsequently, the prime minister has decided to resign to you. “To create doubt about the respect, confidence and trust in the president, and I gave him a letter of resignation is offered,” says Honcharuk.

Zelensky takes the discharge into consideration, but there’s no decisions made. The president would have resigned at first to the vote in the Ukrainian parliament, they would vote for Honcharuk time to time.
