‘Uber-tunes Sunday for as-yet-unknown new CEO
The board of Uber agrees allegedly Sunday night about his new CEO, but there is still a doubt between three candidates.

The board of Uber would be Friday and Saturday press have discussed about who in June left Travis Kalanick would have to follow, but still have not reached an agreement.
One of the candidates, former General Electric ceo Jeff Immelt, would his vision for the future of Uber this weekend have presented. An unknown other male candidate would have also done.
Immelt was earlier this week named as a big contender for the top some day with Uber. The experienced 61-year-old American would, according to some board members in the best position to hurt the reputation and the ruined culture of Uber right out.
After the news of Immelt as a candidate came out, would be Uber-investors with criticism have responded. They would worry about the varying success of Immelt as CEO of General Electric. Would they fear that Immelt the departed CEO Kalanick in time plays a large role within Uber would fix.
Kalanick served in June after pressure from the board of his resignation. He was the trust lost after a series of scandals surrounding Uber.
Yet, Kalanick still in that board. In the run-up to the election of a new CEO, the rumour went that Kalanick the function ultimately themselves would want to occupy.
Although Uber, co-founder and board member Garrett Camp that rumors opposite investors took the edge off, would the fear still be there. Some investors see Immelt as a candidate for the short term, after which Kalanick his old post can hold.
Whitman does not want to
Therefore, some of the board members are now trying to the role of CEO again to Meg Whitman to offer. Whitman is the current CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
At the end of July, Whitman already personally via Twitter to know have no interest in the feature to have. “Meg Whitman is not the CEO of Uber,” said the HP-topvrouw when.
“There is an infinitely small chance that they will remember,” says an insider at Recode. The rich Whitman would with a large salary not to spawn, and would also worry about the interference of Kalanick.
The choice of the Uber-board need not be unanimous. It is expected that the new CEO in the course of next week to the staff of Uber is announced.
