The investigation of sexual harassment within Uber will be conducted by former attorney-general Eric Holder. He will also look at the diversity within the company.

That has Uber let you know in a message to staff, according to Reuters. Holder will be assisted by Tammy Albarran, one of his colleagues at law firm Covington & Burling.

Fowler was active as an attorney-general under the former American president, Barack Obama. Previously, he was also hired to Airbnb to help in the fight against discrimination.

Arianna Huffington, founder of The Huffington Post and member of the board of directors of Uber, will also help in the investigation. Uber’s chief human resources officer Angela Padilla also participates. The participants of the study will be on Tuesday for the first time together.

The investigation follows after a former employee Susan Fowler an extensive blog post placed, in which they described that they had experienced sexual harassment by a manager. Multiple other employees within the company had, according to Fowler similar experiences.
