Two Florida boys tried to take their food to go last week, but didn’t get very far.
Rojelio Sebastian, 14, and Miguel Garcia, 12, were arrested last week after attempting to steal a Domino’s delivery man’s car, but their plan is thwarted upon learning the car was a stick shift, the Miami Herald reported.
The boys tried their plan last Friday after a Domino’s driver, Issac, Javier Ortez, was bringing a cake to Garcia’s neighbor. Ortez left his car in the driveway when he went to his delivery. He recalled trying to give the resident their pizza, but they denied they ordered. That is when Ortez heard his car engine revving and turned to see two boys with their faces covered, are attempting to flee.

“They came out and say that we not order a pizza, but if they tell me that I can hear my car in the driveway, a big noise,” Ortez told NBC-2 .
Ortez said that the boys will not seem to are experts in manual transmissions and had a hard time trying to get away. The guys were able to reverse the car, but gave up and ran.
A Domino’s Pizza deliveryman said that there are two guys tried to steal his car last week while on the job.
“When they go back to the first gear, they can’t drive,” the pizza delivery boy said.
Deputies from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office found the two boys walking on the railway track and Ortez was able to identify them.

“They look like small children,” Ortez said. “I say they look like babies.”
Deputies also found a pipe on Garcia and charged him with ‘ possession of the drug.” The two guys were both arrested for “grand theft auto and possession of burglary tools.”
This is not the first time Garcia was trying to steal a car. In November he was cited for driving his mother’s car without a license and without headlights on.
