Two brothers, one in Missouri, were charged on Tuesday for allegedly shooting a man in front of his three young children, in a road-rage encounter, authorities said.
Nicholas Marino, 27, has been charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action. Joseph Marino, 24, and his brother, has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon.
