(Reuters) – Shares of Twitter Inc. (TWTR.(N) traded lower on Thursday, after users worldwide reported problems with the opening of the micro-blogging platform.
“We are currently investigating the problems of the people have access to Twitter,” a company spokeswoman said.
Twitter is, however, not all of the details of the error.
Power outage-tracking site Downdetector.com it turned out that there are close to 70,000 cases of people from all over the world are reporting problems on Twitter.
Its shares were last down nearly 1% at $37.12 in afternoon trading.
