Twitch-competitor Microsoft let gamers together stream
The Twitch-competitor Beam of Microsoft gets a new name. Under the name Mixer, the company makes it possible for multiple players to jointly create a stream to start.
Up to four players can contribute to a single stream. The images of the different gamers are then displayed next to each other on one Mixer-page.
The co-streaming feature makes it possible to create a multiplayer game from different perspectives. But the different co-streamers don’t all have the same game to play. They can also be completely different games combined into one streamingkanaal.
Now, it is Mixer, available only on the web, but mobile apps for Android and iOS are currently being tested. It should soon also be possible to mobile games via this app to stream.
