Turkey sends troops to Syrian border

Turkey strengthened its forces near the border with Syria. That message of local media comes shortly after the Us president, Donald Trump announced that he had the American troops from Syria withdraws.

Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan did, after the communication of Trump to know that Turkey is an offensive delayed against the Kurdish militias of the YPG in northern Syria. The Turkish news agency DHA reported, however, that a Turkish convoy towards the border with Syria went up, including tanks, pieces of artillery, and buses with commands.

A part of the troops to the border with Syria in the district of Elbeyli are passed. There is the town of Manbij, which was the central point of a dispute between the US and Turkey. In June, the countries agreed that the Kurdish militias that city would leave, but according to Turkey, that didn’t happen and delayed.

Trump left Sunday via Twitter know that he was a “long and productive” telephone conversation with Erdogan had had. It came to the “slow and well-coordinated” retreat of the American troops, but also the fight against IS and the joint involvement in Syria.

I just had a long and productive call with President @RT_Erdogan or Turkey. We discussed ISIS, our mutual involvement in Syria, & the slow & highly coordinated pullout or U. S. troops from the area. After many years they are coming home. We also discussed, they mainly concern heavily expanded Trade.
