An Oklahoma man was arrested after police said he beat the death of a 60-year-old “knowledge” in a fight, according to a report Saturday.
Jim Mickey Drake, 64, the flag down police and told that he someone knew he was hurt, the Tulsa World reported.
The officials Craig Henderson ‘ s body under the tree limbs on a Tulsa highway embankment on Saturday morning, Police Cpl. Scott Anderson said.
Drake was detained for questioning and eventually end up arrested for first-degree murder, according to the report.
The authorities were Drake on $50,000 bond, the paper added.

Sgt. Dave Walker said Drake indicated to the investigators that he was with Henderson, before his death, and that there was a fight.
“There are signs of a struggle, and it is clearly not a self-inflicted beating,” Walker said.
He also found that the defendant “had blood on him, that is not consistent with injury to his body.”
