If confirmed, I will not allow it to interfere with partisan politics, personal interests, or any other unlawful consideration with this or any other investigation.”
The Protocol continues: “I can assure you that, where judgments are made by me, I’ll make those judgments based solely on the law and not let personal, political or any other inappropriate interests influence my decision.”

This is the second time that Barr face Senate questioning as part of the attorney General confirmation process. Previously, he was attorney General from 1991 to 1993 under President George H. W. Bush.
Democrats have concerns about comments Barr has over Mueller probe, including an unwanted memo he sent to the Ministry of justice last year, Muller is critical of the investigation, to obstruct whether Trump is trying to justice.
Barr, plans, however, to say that he is well-known Müller for decades, respects him and believes that he should be allowed to do its complete work.
“I have said the utmost respect for Bob and his excellent performance in the public service” Barr. “If he’s special counsel, was named I said that his selection was the “good news” and, to know him, I had confidence that he would have the matter in hand properly. I still have that confidence today.”
Barr will also tell you, senators, that Trump try any representations or promises, prior to the nomination from him.

Trump complained that his first attorney General, Jeff Sessions, did not protect him from the Russia-investigation. Barr said Trump “to be searched, no representations, commitments or obligations, of any kind, whether Express or implied, and I do not have it”, other than a promise to lead the Department with integrity.
Barr will also say, senators, that he will continue to prioritize immigration enforcement and says the government needs to be able to keep, and remove people who are illegally in the U.S.
Barr’s comments on immigration show that think in a similar way to meetings, who had a hard-line immigration policy. Sessions drew heavy criticism from immigration activists, after the defense of the Trump administration, the policy of separation of families during a RAID on the illegal in the US.
“As we open our door, and trying to get people not to allow the permit in an orderly manner, we can, others to disregard our legal order by crashing through the back door,” Barr said. “In short, to ensure that our immigration system is working properly, we need to secure our Nation’s borders, and we must ensure that our laws allow us to process, to keep, and remove those who enter illegally.”

As the Senate judiciary Committee, the question of Barr, the Supreme Court prepares rejected on Monday an appeal in a case dealing with gun rights, which is also a challenge to President Donald Trump result in the appointment of Whitaker temporarily, the Ministry of justice.
The complaint alleges Whitaker’s appointment is in accordance with the Federal law, is illegal and asks the court the names of the Deputy Prosecutor Rod Rosenstein as a party in the case, instead of Whitaker.
The Ministry of justice in November, an internal law published opinions, which the legality of Whitaker’s appointment as a Deputy attorney general. Trump has called Whitaker “a highly respected person.”
