Trump transition attorney: Müller improperly obtained documents in Russia probe

A lawyer for the trump presidential transition team, Special Counsel Robert Mueller accused the office of the unjustified obtaining transfer documents as a part of its Russia-a probe, including confidential attorney-client communication and privileged communication.

Exclusive — A lawyer for the trump presidential transition team, accusing Special Counsel Robert Mueller, the office of the unjustified obtaining transfer documents as a part of its Russia-a probe, including confidential attorney-client communication, excellent communication and thousands of E-Mails without your knowledge.

In a letter to the Committee received from Fox News and the house-and Senate-on Saturday, the transition team lawyer’s unlawful conduct” of the career employees at the General Services Administration alleges “the delivery of the transition of the documents to the special counsel’ s office.

The transition’s legal team, argued the GSA “does not possess or control the records in question” and the publication of documents could be a violation of the 4. Amendment – protection against unreasonable searches and seizures.

Kory Langhofer, the Council to trump for America, wrote on Saturday in the letter, the GSA transferred “tens of thousands of E-Mails” to Miller’s probe without a “notice” on the transition.

The lawyer said they discovered the “unauthorized disclosure” by the GSA in December 12th and 13th and concerns in the case of the special counsel ‘ s office.

“We understand that the special counsel’ s office, in consequence of extensive use of the materials you received from the GSA, including materials that are susceptible to claims for privilege,” Langhofer wrote.

The transition lawyer said the special counsel’s office also received laptops, mobile phones, and at least one iPad of the GSA.

Trump for America, the nonprofit organization that facilitates the transition between former President Barack Obama to the President’s trump card is.

The GSA, an Agency of the government of the United States, provided the transition team with office and hosted E-Mail Server.

“We continue to cooperate fully with the special counsel and expect this process to wrap up soon,” Sarah Sanders, the White house press Secretary, said on Saturday.

The special counsel’s office declined to comment on Saturday.

Langhofer wrote that some of the records that were made by the special counsel’s office of the GSA”, leaked to the press by unknown persons.”

The transitional attorney also argued the actions “compromise the ability of future presidential transition team is open to politics and internal Affairs to discuss the use of the country as a whole.”

Langhofer calls in the letter that Congress “take immediate action to protect the future presidential transitions, the embezzling of your private records by public authorities, in particular in the context of sensitive investigations intersect with political motives.”

The letter to the Senate Homeland Security and house oversight committees.
