White house: Trump would be a welcome challenge in front of Oprah
Oprah Winfrey’s Golden Globes speech fuels speculation about a possible presidential run; response, by Jeff Mason, White House correspondent for Reuters.
President Donald Trump went to the “very uncertain” Oprah Winfrey on Sunday, tweeted that he hopes to see you run for President, “it can be exposed and defeated.”
“Just watched a very insecure Oprah Winfrey, who tweeted at one point, I knew very well, an interview with a panel of people on 60 minutes” Trump on Sunday night. “The questions were biased and slanted the facts wrong. Hope Oprah is running, so you can be exposed to, and defeated just like all the others!”
Winfrey appeared on CBS’ “60 Minutes,” leads a discussion with 14 people from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Half of the people from the group not chosen Trump, the 2016 presidential elections, the other half. The same group was interviewed on the program last year.

“A year in Donald Trump’s presidency, the Americans are not divided to stay, often to hear what has to say the other side,” Winfrey said.
Winfrey potential for the presidency the subject of speculation was running after her speech at the Golden Globes last month. Her longtime boyfriend Stedman Graham said, “It is up to the people,” whether it’s running, but added that “you would absolutely.”
Winfrey, who is considering denied on your part, a barrel in the year 2020. Recently, CBS’ “60 minutes Overtime”, the God said to her that she should run for President said. To run “if God wanted to actually, to me, would not be God, somehow you tell me? And I have not heard that,” Winfrey said.
Trump said last month that, if Winfrey runs, he would beat her. “Yeah, I’ll beat Oprah. Oprah would be a lot of fun,” he said, although adding, “I know very well. I like Oprah. I don’t think you are going to run.”
