President Trump on Thursday under 867 billion and signed a $farm-bill that is sure to hurt more financial resources for farmers through the trade war with China and to tighten rules for food-stamp recipients.

Currently, non-disabled adults between the ages of 18-49 without children, working 20 hours a week to maintain to use their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 legalized the industrial production of hemp, which is part of the cannabis plant.
