President Trump on Wednesday said that he think that Special Counsel Robert Müller ‘ s report should be made available to the public – to indicate his confidence that the investigation found no clear evidence of collusion between his 2016 campaign, and the Russian government.

Speaking to the media before a trip to Ohio, the President continued to lambast the investigation of the Russian intervention in the 2016 election, calling it “ridiculous” – but its findings, said he wants to see, nevertheless.

“Come let it, let the people see it,” Trump said. “I think it’s ridiculous, but I want to see it.”

Trump’s comments come less than a week after the house passed a resolution to encourage Attorney General William Barr to release the results of the report to both the Congress and the country, amid fears that information about the investigation will not be made public. The resolution enjoyed overwhelming support from both parties to pass in a floor vote of 420-0, with only four Republicans voting present.
