Response by Steven Mulroy, a former Federal Prosecutor and University of Memphis law professor.

President, Trump claimed on Monday that newly released Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrant files on former campaign aide Carter-side to show the “Fake-Dirty Dossier” launched Special Counsel Robert Müller Russia probe.

“So we find out that it was, in fact, the unverified and incorrect Dirty Dossier, which was paid for by crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC, was that knowingly & falsely submitted to FISA and was responsible for the launch, the completely contradictory and discredited Müller witch-hunt!” Trump tweeted early Monday.

So we find out now that it is the unexamined and incorrect Dirty Dossier was, in fact, that was paid for by Crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC, was that knowingly & falsely FISA submitted and was responsible for the launch of the totally contradicted and Müller discredited witch-hunt!

The President of the tweet comes after a heavily edited version of the FISA warrant application to spy on side was released by the FBI.

The documents relating to the October 2016 application to the FISA court to wiretap side, which led to subsequent renewals. The application had previously been classified.

The lengthy file immediately became a political football, with both sides justifying their position.

On the one hand, the documents from the FBI reveal the suspicion that the page that worked as a foreign policy adviser on the trump campaign, had contacts with the Russian government.

“The FBI believes page was the topic of the specific setting of the Russian government,” the FISA application, in order to “to undermine and influence on the outcome of the U.S. presidential election of 2016, in violation of U.S. criminal law.”

“Even in the edited form, the first FISA application and three renewals underscore the justified concern the FBI had on the activities page, as it is Russia’s interference,” Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif, was studied., the top Democrat on the house Intelligence Committee, said in a statement.

But the documents also suggest that the FISA applications, based at least in part on the notorious anti-Trump-dossier. The Dossiers contain voluptuous and unconfirmed allegations to Trump, the connections to Russia and his staff.

The dossier was written by former British intelligence agent Christopher Steele, has been hired by opposition research company, Fusion GPS. The dossier served as opposition research against then-candidate Donald Trump. The Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid millions to law firm Perkins Coie for the financing of its founding.

“Source #1 who now owns a foreign business /financial intelligence company, was in demand, identified by a U.S. person, the information source #1, which had hired an American law firm, which identified US person to carry out research in relation to the applicant #1 [Trump’s] relations with Russia (in the identified U.S. person and source #1 have a long-standing business relationship),” the FISA reads the application. “The identified US person #1 source hired for the implementation of this investigation. The identified U.S. person never advised to source #1, the motivation behind the research in Candidate 1#’s relations with Russia.”

“Source #1” is probably Steele is a reference to, and “U.S. person” is probably a reference to Glenn Simpson, co-founder of Fusion GPS.

The document also notes that “the FBI speculated that the identified U.S. person was likely to discredit in search of information that could be used to, candidate #1 of the campaign.”

It goes on: “Regardless of source #1, the reason for conducting the research in candidate #1, the relations with Russia, based on Source #1 of the previous reporting history with the FBI, the #1 source of reliable information to the FBI, which believes the FBI, #1 source, the reporting here is, in order to be credible.”

Steele had previously, on behalf of the FBI as a source, but was “suspended and then terminated” for an “unauthorised disclosure to the media of his relationship with the FBI,” according to a GOP House Intelligence Committee, the memo.

The FISA applications also reference the former trump adviser George Papadopoulos, whose meeting with a professor who had ties with Russia and other discussions has also been described as the trigger for Russia to probe.

Papadopoulos has pleaded guilty to lying to Federal investigators in Müller’s sample.

But house Republicans, and those who waited in the President’s camp and that the dossier was the key to getting the FISA warrant to monitor members of the Trump campaign for months. Democrats, on the other hand, denies the claims.

A house GOP memo revealed in February that the former FBI Director, James Comey, signed a three-FISA applications for, and the former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed. Trump’s current Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is also signed for at least a FISA application for the page – together with the former Deputy attorney General Sally Yates, a former Deputy attorney General Dana Boente.

Over the weekend, the President of the dossier, and FISA permits the side blasted as “illegal Scam!”

“Looking more and more like the trump campaign for President was illegally spying (surveillance) for the political gain of Crooked Hillary Clinton and the DNC. Ask her how it worked—you had better with Crazy Bernie. The Republicans need to take a hard now. An illegal Scam!” Trump tweeted on Sunday.

Andrew McCarthy – “I said, that could never happen. This is so bad that you look at the judge that signed off on this stuff, not just the people who were there. It is so bad, it screams at you.” On the whole FISA fraud, which led to a manipulated Müller witch-hunt!

The President, for months, has slammed Müller and his team of investigators. The special counselling is the study of the Russian interference and possible collusion with Trump ally of the campaign, 2016 presidential elections.

Trump party moved cross-review of the last week seem to accept that Russia, rejection of interference at the time of his summit meeting with Vladimir Putin. After several walkbacks, Trump, returned to the meeting over the weekend in his defence and blasting the media.

“If you hear the Fake news talking negatively about my meeting with President Putin, and to remember all that I gave, I gave NOTHING, we just talked about the future benefits for both countries. We understood us very well, that is a good thing, except for the Corrupt media!!!” he tweeted on Monday.
