Trump rally is shooting his first since the recent mass in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, which killed at least 32 people. Democrats — and even some Republicans have sought — to the fault of the President’s divisive rhetoric on race and immigration, which he used on Twitter and at campaign events as a factor in the El Paso massacre.

Last week, the New Hampshire state campaign Director for Sen. Cory Booker from New Jersey called on the President to cancel the rally, saying the event would further “threaten the Americans’.”

On Thursday morning, Trump such criticism pointed to an interview, in the radio, that “it is a soundbite. This is what you want to do.”

The preview of his event, the President said on “New Hampshire Today with Jack Heath”, “let’s talk about the economy. The economy is phenomenal, right now.”

This is particularly the case in New Hampshire, which has one of the lowest unemployment rates in the country.

Corey Lewandowski-who managed to Trump’s presidential campaign from its start in the year 2015 through the 2016 primaries and who remains a close outside Advisor to the President pointed to the economy as a big reason why “I think he wins New Hampshire” this time.

The DC consultant and lobbyist, lived long in New Hampshire, is considering a run for Senate in the state and the President on Thursday is the rally. He told Fox News “the economy will be different this time. It is much stronger than he was three and a half years.”

But while the state’s unemployment rate was at 2.5 percent in June, wage growth significantly below the national gains, according to the Bureau of labor Statistics.

Prior to the visit, a longtime New Hampshire Democratic party chair Ray Buckley called the ” Trump “failure”.

“He’s been too busy to tweet in order to get everything done. He’s broken promise after promise. On all accounts, the Trump presidency is a failure. Under his watch, Washington has been taken over by his rich and powerful friends and their lobbyists,” Buckley told reporters.

Trump’s approval rating remains under water in the state. A University of New Hampshire poll released earlier this week, the President had showed 42 percent approval and 53 percent rejecting in the state. More importantly, he was only 40 percent approval in the case of the independent or non-declared voters, the win around two-fifths of the country, voters for themselves.

Buckley stresses that “it is very important that we send a message, particularly to the national media, not the state– that the people in New Hampshire support Donald Trump. There is not a single poll showing him in double digits under the water.”

Buckley, and other leading Democrats argue that the President has done little to remedy the health care crisis and the struggle of the state of acute opiate-addiction-epidemic, two of the top issues in New Hampshire.

While the President remains a divisive and polarizing in New Hampshire, he has been the consolidation of the state GOP base. The new Chairman of the New Hampshire Republican party is a trump card of co-Chairman in the state of his 2016 campaign.

The UNH poll, Trump indicated with an 82 percent approval rating to Granite State Republicans. And his only primary challenger, former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld remains in the single digits in recent polling, despite the near-weekly attacks in New Hampshire for the past six months.

“The consolidation of support for the Republican party is a lot stronger than it was,” said Lewandowski.

“Many of the Republican establishment does not support the President. You don’t think he was the right person and that cost him four electoral votes in New Hampshire. These times are over,” he announced. “The dinosaur that thought, you run the were, the Republican party, the establishment, the types, the want to be in Washington and not in New Hampshire are no longer available. This party, the Republican party is Donald Trump the Republican party.”
