The Trump administration will announce on Friday that the United States intends to sign an “asylum-cooperative agreement” with El Salvador, a senior Department of Homeland Security officially Fox News — the latest in a rapid-fire series of moves by the administration to combat the migrant crisis at the southern border.confirmed
