Special Counsel Robert Mueller is reportedly the Trump organization invited to the handing over of documents relating to the Russian Federation; chief intelligence correspondent Catherine Herridge reports from Capitol Hill.

A lawyer for President, Trump said Sunday night that the President “does not take into account or discuss the” fires special counsel Robert Mueller, after Trump fired off a series of tweets criticizing the investigation of Russian actions during the 2016 presidential elections.

“In response to media speculation and questions, the administration confirmed that the White house is, once again, that the President can not be considered, or the discussion about the dismissal of the Special Counsel, Robert Müller,” the statement by Ty Cobb.

Cobb’s comments came a day after Trump’s personal attorney, John Dowd, called Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to finish “” to Mueller’s request.

The Mueller probe should never have been started, in that there is no collusion and it was not a crime. It was paid on a fraudulent activities and Fake Dossiers of the Crooked Hillary and the DNC, and improperly used the FISA COURT for the surveillance of my campaign. Witch hunt!

On Saturday evening, hours after Dowd gave his testimony, Trump tweeted: “The Mueller-probe should never have been begun, in that there is no collusion and it was not a crime,” Trump tweeted Saturday. “It was paid to fraudulent activities and Fake Dossiers of the Crooked Hillary and the DNC, and improperly used the FISA COURT for the surveillance of my campaign. “Witch hunt!” The President was referring to a dossier of the anti-Trump research funded by the Democratic party and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

Trump also questioned the honesty of Andrew McCabe, the triggered new Deputy FBI Director, James Comey, the Bureau’s former Director, whom Trump fired in the last year, the Russia probe.

The verbal attacks triggered new concerns among members of Congress that he could burn it be to orchestrate Müller ‘ s. Republican and Democratic lawmakers warned that trump not to do it.

“If he tries to do that, that would be the beginning of the end of his presidency,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S. C., a Trump-allies, told CNN’s “State of the Union.”

Wow, see Comey lie under oath, Senator G, if you are asked, “have you ever been an anonymous source…or someone else knows an anonymous source…?” He said emphatically, “never, no.” He lied, as shown clearly on @foxandfriends.

Spent very little time with Andrew McCabe, but he never scores when he was with me. I don’t think he can help from notes, except to its own agenda, probably to a later point in time. The same lying on the ground with James Comey. We can call you Fake Memos?

Speaking on “Fox News Sunday,” Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., for the above-mentioned passage of the bipartisan bills designed to protect Müller, who stopped in the Congress.

“This President is committed to intimidate, in a desperate and reckless conduct, his law-enforcement authorities in this country and to try and stop the special counsel. This is not said acceptable in a democracy,” Durbin.

Trump is not a direct-fire Mueller, which can only be dismissed for cause. Any dismissal of Müller’s would have to be carried out by Rosenstein, who has publicly expressed his support for Miller.
