Calls for stronger sanctions, even if President Trump, Kim Jong-Un meets in the DMZ.
President Trump, always a to think about the reviews, built anticipation before a Sunday visit to the Demilitarized Zone of North and South Korea separates abruptly-offer to meet dictator Kim Jong-Un for a handshake and say, he is ready to cross the border.

TRUMP TO MEET KIM JONG-UN OFFERS TO THE NK BORDER
The tantalizing possibility of a historic photo-op – throw the trump card would be could, as part of its efforts to achieve a nuclear deal, but Kim is exploiting, to burnish his cult of personality was first dangled in a tweet.
“After a couple of very important meetings, including my meeting with President Xi in China, I’m going to Japan, South Korea (President of the moon),” Trump leave tweeted Friday. “While it sees if the Chairman Kim of North Korea, I would meet him, to shake him at the border/DMZ straight and his hand and say Hello(?)!”
The President is in Seoul after a meeting with the world leaders at the G20 summit in Japan.
While in Japan, Trump said at a press conference, he was “literally the visit to the DMZ,” but wasn’t sure if Kim would meet him.
Trump said he would feel “very comfortable” across the border to North Korea, when Kim showed up, said he’d “no problem,” the first US President to step into North Korea.
It was not immediately clear what the agenda, if at all, would be for the possible third trump, Kim.
“If he is there, we are said to see each other for two minutes,” Trump previously.
North Korea responded by calling the offer a “very interesting proposal.”
There is no public meeting between Washington and Pyongyang since the collapse of the trump-Kim summit in Vietnam earlier this year. The chances for a resumption of U.S.-North Korean diplomacy has brightened, as Trump and Kim exchanged recently, personal letters. But trump, at least publicly, discussed the offer to Kim in casual terms, leaving unclear the likelihood of such an encounter.
“Everything I did was a balloon a try, if you would like to meet” Trump the message, later said to Kim.
Despite the stalled nuclear negotiations, both Trump and Kim their personal relationship to describe as well.
