AIr Force One made a brief stop on Tuesday afternoon on the way back to Washington.
President Donald Trump on Wednesday arrived back in Washington on his historic nuclear summit, with North Korea’s Kim Jong-Un in Singapore.
Air Force One landed at Joint Base Andrews early Wednesday morning, the completion of the President, the marathon trip to Asia for talks with the North Korean leader. The President made refueling stops in Guam and Hawaii on his return to Washington.
Trump tweeted, “Just landed – a long journey, but everyone can. feel much safer now, than the day I took office It is no longer a nuclear threat from North Korea. With Kim Jong-Un is an interesting and very positive experience was meeting. North Korea has a large potential for the future!”
