Trump is the first President to attend the March for life rally in Washington; a response to ‘Five.’

The health and Human Services Department warned, California, on Friday, you cut off some of its Federal funding if it continues to be compulsory, universal abortion coverage, and argued that this is against the conscience rights of all Americans.

Roger Severino, who leads the Office of Civil Rights (OCR), convicted in California for “forcing the people to subsidize goodwill the killing of human life.” According to HHS, more than 28,000 people in the state were in plans that don’t cover elective abortions.

HHS argues that the state violated the Weldon Amendment, which blocks Federal funds for States that discriminate against providers that refuse to cover abortion. The Problem arose after a Catholic order of Franciscan nuns, and a non-profit Christian Church complained about the alleged violations.

“With this announcement,” the Department said, “OCR-requirements, California inform, OCR, within thirty days, whether or not California will continue to enforce its requirement that all health plans cover elective abortions, or whether he will agree to, corrective action to take and remedy the effects of its discriminatory conduct.”


“Nobody in America should be forced to pay or to other people, the abortions,” said Severino. The administration previously came under fire after OCR advanced protection for physicians instead of a “conscience” objection to performing abortions and other procedures.
