Truck with eight dead migrants found in Texas
On a parking lot next to a grocery store in the Texas city San Antonio on Sunday, a truck was found with dozens of migrants, of which eight had died.
Local media in the American city reported that the deceased, among whom two children, in the truck are stitched. In the vehicle were a total of 38 migrants.
Twenty others are under more helicopters into the dehydrated state to the hospitals. The condition of some is critical, according to the fire department of San Antonio. During a press conference said brandweerchef Charles Hood that the air conditioning in the truck did not function.
The police opened the truck after an employee of the grocery store Sunday morning alarm had struck. The driver of the car is arrested. The police are investigating whether it is possible to human trafficking.
