Tourism Paris pulls back to
The tourism in Paris ran last year, a major blow to more terrorist attacks, but this year they know tourists the way to the French capital again.
Especially the Americans and the Chinese are massively returned in the first half of this year, reports the newspaper Le Monde on the basis of figures from the regional tourism office.
The number of hotel guests increased in the first six months of the year by 10.4 percent to 16.4 million, the highest number since 2008.
Last year, remained particularly Japanese and Chinese way after Paris in november 2015 and Nice in July 2016 were affected by terrorist attacks. Images of overflowing rubbish bins in the town by a strike of the sanitation and massive and sometimes violent strikes against the labour code, did the attractiveness of the City of light is also no good. Paris ran last year 1.5 billion euro in revenue.
Also in the rest of France, a growing tourism again, albeit less sharp. The land counted from January to June, up 96.8 million overnight stays, an increase of 4.6 percent.
